Prof. Yue Yang, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China
Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >14,000 citations, two books (Elsevier, Springer Nature), eight edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued patents (including 30 U.S. patents and 6 European patents), >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >100 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of Optica and SPIE. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >80 prestigious journals.

Prof. Pavel Loskot, ZJU-UIUC Institute, China
Pavel Loskot joined the ZJU-UIUC Institute in January 2021 as the Associate Professor after being nearly 14 years with Swansea University in the UK. 25+ years of experience in design, analysis, implementation and deployment of telecommunication systems through numerous academic and industrial collaborative projects and consultancy contracts. Expert level knowledge of digital and statistical signal processing, algorithms and methods. Solid background in applied probability and statistics. Avid Linux programmer and user since 1996. In 2014/2015, as a Visiting Researcher at CSRC of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics started working on computational molecular biology. In 1999-2001, Research Scientist and Project Manager at CWC, Oulu, Finland. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK, and the Recognised Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. A Senior Member of the IEEE since 2013.

Prof. Kannimuthu Subramaniyam, Anna University, India
Kannimuthu Subramaniyam is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also an In-Charge for the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He did PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He did his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 16 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is the recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Three PhD candidate is completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding 11 PhD Research Scholars. He has published 59 research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books ("Artificial Intelligence" & “LinkedList Demystified-A Placement Perspective” and 3 Book Chapters (WOS / Scopus Indexed). He is acting as mentor / consultant for DeepLearning.AI, Hubino, MaxByte Technologies and Dhanvi Info Tech, Coimbatore. He is the expert member for AICTE Student learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has visited more than 100 Engineering colleges and delivered more than 138 Guest Lectures on various topics. He is the reviewer for 50 Journals and 3 Books. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank and NPTEL on various domains. He is actively involving in setting up lab for Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Open-Source Software, Internet Technologies etc., His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality & Blockchain.

A. Prof. Emre Erturk, Eastern Institute of Technology, New Zealand
Associate Professor Emre Erturk, the Senior ACM member, is known internationally through conferences and editorships in cloud computing, educational technology, and digital divide/inclusion. Emre Erturk won 2017 EIT CEO’s Research Award and a grant from Internet-NZ in 2020. Past Programme Coordinator and Ethics Chair, Emre has held leadership roles with the Royal Society and CITRENZ (Computing Information Technology Research Education New Zealand).

Prof. Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan Kadir, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia
Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan-Kadir is a Professor of Software Engineering at the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He earned his Ph.D. in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester and has nearly 30 years of academic experience. He has held prominent leadership roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Computing at UTM, Chairman of the Council of ICT Deans (MaDICT), and Head of the ICT Cluster at the National Council of Professors. Dr Wan’s research and consultancy work centres on enhancing the efficiency and quality of large-scale software systems. His research has secured over RM 1 million in funding and includes high-impact consultancy projects such as Internal Software Quality Assurance for the KVMRT2, RTS Link, and SME-HIP1 projects. His current research interests include Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and the application of AI/ML/DL in Software Engineering. Professor Wan has published over 120 research publications, including journal articles, conference papers, books and book chapters, contributing significantly to the advancement of software engineering both in academia and industry.
